Senior management interns
Senior Management Interns oversee the work of all interns and communicate with the Executive Director and members of the Executive Board. They engage with high-level strategic planning as well as more detailed project management.

Non-Profit Management Interns
Non-Profit Management Interns take on a more involved leadership role and lead committees. These interns directly supervise the work of International Development Interns and report to the Executive Director.
